Compass Education is a 501(c) 3 non profit registered in the United States. Our principal office is in Chaingmai, Thailand but and our team of directors, facilitators and coaches live and work in more than 20 countries.

How do we measure success?
Better Data for Better Outcomes
Compass Education is committed to using the most recent research in lean data practices in order to measure our impact in the world.
We know that the Sustainability Compass has disseminated throughout the world by our educators who learn and share the tool. In the last ten years we have only tracked educators that were formally certified in the use of the tool, which is great data but doesn’t nearly account for the large number of informally trained educators that actively use the tool. Formal or informal, using the Sustainability Compass impacts students and school communities and we are working to discover how to better track it.
We are currently developing a specific series of indicators that can be reported on by our educators and looking for simple, innovative ways to capture the information and understand its impact.
