DESCRIPTION:“What does leadership look like to you?  What does success mean to you?  How can you align your work in the classroom and beyond with the values you hold and the impact you hope to have?”\n  \nAs educators\,  it can sometimes feel challenging to see ourselves as leaders\, let alone to feel inspired\, connected and fulfilled as we navigate life and career. Whether you’re in a formal education leadership role or not\, there are many ways that educators practise leadership every day. This 90-minute interactive workshop will encourage you to reflect on who you are and how you are in this world while providing skills and encouragement to review your values\, define your purpose\, and own your leadership. \nSpeaker: Nicole Swedlow (Executive Director of Compass Education) \nOutcomes: \n\nParticipants will see themselves as leaders and understand the impact that they have. \nParticipants identify their 3 top values and why they value those things\nParticipants understand the role that their values play in the way they live their lives and practice their leadership.\nParticipants identify opportunities for leadership in their immediate circles and networks.\n\nREGISTER HERE\n
