Thirty teachers and administrators from four of ISG\u2019s six schools took part in the Level 1 Compass Practitioner training at ISG Dhahran campus on the weekend of October 4-5 adding to the seventeen teachers and administrators that attended the Level 1 course in Jubail two weeks prior.\u00a0<\/span> The level of engagement amongst the group was very high throughout the weekend and many people left with new insights and practical takeaways such as those exemplified below:<\/span> [\/av_textblock] [av_testimonials style=’grid’ columns=’1′ grid_style=” interval=’5′ font_color=’custom’ custom_title=” custom_content=’#444444′ av_uid=’av-k9prc1t9′ custom_class=” admin_preview_bg=”] [av_testimonial_single src=” name=” subtitle=” link=’http:\/\/’ linktext=”] “The content was applicable to our context and, on day 2, the content was aligned with our personal challenges so we were working directly on issues we were struggling with anyway.”<\/span><\/span> [\/av_testimonial_single] [av_testimonial_single src=” name=” subtitle=” link=’http:\/\/’ linktext=”] “This has deepened my thinking about why I am a teacher and what\/how I should be teaching.”<\/span> [\/av_testimonial_single] [av_testimonial_single src=” name=” subtitle=” link=’http:\/\/’ linktext=”] “I found this to be one of the most interesting and useful PD sessions outside of my own subject domain in a very long time. I facilitate adult learning – I got a lot of ideas on adult course facilitation through the activities that were done.
